Large Group Reservations
For large gatherings, WHINO accommodates groups of 8 to 24 guests by arranging tables together to form one large table. For larger parties, we can host up to 48 guests, organized into two tables of 24 each. For groups of up to 14 people, we offer the option to order à la carte. For groups larger than 14, we request that selections be made from our food packages to streamline service. We host luncheons from 12 PM to 3 PM and dinners from 5 PM to 10 PM. To enhance your celebration, balloons and cake are welcome at no additional cost.

Social Events at the Bar

WHINO's bar area is perfect for social events, featuring four tables with ample room around and between them and the bar, ensuring plenty of space for guests to gather and socialize standing up. These tables seat 12 and are serviced by dedicated servers, establishing a convenient "home base" for your guests. In this area, there are no food and beverage minimums or fees. Guests may open individual tabs, or you can choose from our selection of food and drink packages.
Semi Private area by Retail Space

For groups of 25-50, WHINO offers a smaller, semi-private space adjacent to the retail area that can be sectioned off for exclusive use. This versatile area can accommodate up to 50 guests standing, or it can be arranged with standing tables for 30 guests plus seating for an additional 10. For larger gatherings of 50-100 people, we expand this space to comfortably suit the group size. In this extended setting, we can arrange buffet stations for those opting for food packages or platters, and provide tables for informational materials or celebratory items. There are no food and beverage minimums or fees. Guests have the flexibility to open individual tabs, or you may choose from our food and drink packages.

Full Restaurant Buyout

Up to 400 People
With a full buyout, you gain exclusive access to the entire venue, including the restaurant, which will be reserved solely for your event. This includes the tasting bar, main bar, and kitchen bar, each adaptable for various functions according to your preferences. The arrangement of dining room tables and chairs can be customized to suit your needs. Additionally, guests are welcome to explore the art gallery and retail space at their leisure. Our venue can accommodate up to 100 seated guests in the dining room, 75 seated at the bar, with a total capacity of up to 400 guests. Optional services such as AV equipment rental, photography, photo booths, live painting, as well as a variety of bands and DJs are available, providing a comprehensive turnkey experience.
