Each guest receives their own individual plate for each course, ensuring they can fully savor each flavor combination. First Course - CHARCUTERIE:

the variety of cured meats and cheeses in the charcuterie board. Its effervescence cleanses the palate between bites.
Second Course - SMOKED OCTOPUS:
Drink Pairing: A dry Riesling or a light-bodied Chardonnay to complement the delicate flavors of
the smoked octopus, with their acidity and citrus notes enhancing the seafood's natural taste.
Third Course - CREAMY ARTICHOKE GNOCCHI:
Drink Pairing: A light and crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a dry Pinot Grigio to complement the subtle
flavors of the Artichoke Gnocchi, with their acidity cutting through the richness of the dish.
Fourth Course - PRICKLY PEAR PANNACOTTA:
Drink Pairing: A Coconut and Lime Daiquiri crafted with white rum, fresh lime juice, coconut cream, and a
splash of apricot liqueur. This blend perfectly complements the vibrant flavors of the Prickly Pear Pannacotta,
